Jean McGinley’s retirement

Posted

I am very sad to have to report that Jean has decided to retire as Parish Administrator after nearly 25 years working here. Jean has worked for five parish priests: Fr Alexander Sherbrooke who first employed her, Canon John Formby, Fr Jeremy Trood, Fr Christopher de Silva and myself. I have always thought that Jean must know nearly every family in the Parish and she was a great help in identifying parishioners for me when I first arrived as she must have been for previous generations.
